In this lesson, students will work in pairs to doodle a simple snowperson by reading and answering questions in a glyph format. The glyph will be introduced as an alternate way to share information.
Bubbles are everywhere!" In this experiment, students will design a bubble wand as well as alter a bubble mixture to determine how shape relates to the science of bubble-making
In this fun activity, students will work in pairs to observe the mathematics behind 3Doodled circle jumps, develop their own questions, organize their data, and extrapolate conjectures based on data. This engaging hands-on activity is designed to enrich mathematical reasoning, i.e., problem solving, reasoning and proof.
Students will work in small groups to design a fantastic beast and its egg using a 3Doodler. Inspiration will hatch, as students publish a field guide for their fantastic beast based on the research of an existing biome.
Learners will plan and create a meaningful symbol to represent the Wisconsin-native First Nation group that they researched. They will showcase this symbol as part of their presentation and gallery walk.
In this activity, students will work in small groups to brainstorm and design a city comprised of shapes. Each 2D shape will be assembled to create the city's houses, buildings, towers and bridges. During the design phase of the project, students will draft shapes on graph paper to use as stencils for the 3Doodling phase of this project. This real-world, hands-on project combines math, problem solving, collaboration and technology.
Students will research and study the Platonic solids, then pick 3 platonic solids to construct a snowman with the 3Doodler Create+ pen. Student groups will give a presentation on the solids they chose and share their snowman creations.
In this activity, students will work in pairs to doodle two cell models, one of a prokaryotic cell, and one of a eukaryotic cell. The students will build all parts in each model such as the nucleus, plasma, cytoplasm, mitochondrion, etc. The student pairs will analyze and record the differences and similarities between the cells.
